Firstly let me wish you all a Happy New Year and I hope 2014 is a healthy and successful one for you.
The first two weeks in January have already shown us there is no let-up in the North London property market with several exchanges and agreed sales across our Finchley, Hendon and Mill Hill branches.
In addition we have seen a vast increase in the number of new Residential Lettings enquiries which has translated into numerous agreed lets.
An encouraging sign is that we are carrying out a high number of valuations of all different types of property across our 3 branches and hopefully this will translate into more properties coming onto the market; something which was greatly lacking throughout 2013 as any prospective purchaser will attest to.
