Ashley joined the team in 2023 as a Renewals Administrator and developed an understanding of the tenancy process, contract management and customer care. Building on that foundation, she transitioned into the Move-Ins team as a Lettings Administrator, where she now supports tenants and landlords through the crucial pre-tenancy and move-in stages — from coordinating referencing checks to managing tenancy paperwork and ensuring all compliance requirements are met. With a detail-oriented and organised approach, she’s committed to delivering a seamless and positive experience throughout the lettings process.
